Insulating a RV Bus Conversion Motor Home 
Flat 1/2" Foam boards  offer a better "R" Value then Liquid foam alone

We found from research we did in Florida that if you use 3 layers of 1/2" Contractors foam board covered with aluminum foil on both sides .
You will  actually get a higher "R" Value then if you use 2" foam alone.
Also, you can add 1/4" Bubble wrap with foil also . and get a very high "R" value  http://www.insulation4less.com/foil-bubble-foil.asp
