Temporary mock up of the seating arrangement.
Note the 4" over hang of the drawer and face.
This is where the finished face will be when completed.



Note the amount of seating space available .


I had Tony sit in as a stand in . He is about 160lbs 5'10" tall
Note the room he has ..


This is showing where the unit would come in as it is with this present over hang .
Also , Tony is pointing to where it would be if we add another 4-6" to it ..
It starts with 32" but with our over hang we added about 4" to it as it is now.
We can always add more if we have enough room inside.
 

If we install cabinets above the light valance . they won't be very tall with only 6" in space .
